We propped the rear of the house and began the knock through to the kitchen area

We installed large spliced steels using lifting equipment on top of engineering brick pillars to the S. Engineers design

We started off by clearing the project area, and preparing the foundation and blockwork walling

We added complex steelwork, rooflights to the mono pitch roof and screeded the floor

Added cantilever goal post steel arrangement with galvanized posts that would be exposed to the element

Then we laid the flooring, walls and began work on the roof, leaving room to the rooflights to be installed.

We then demolished the existing extension and then had to pour and set the raft foundation for the new build.

Then we got to work creating the walls, floor and roof and prepared them for finishing.

The property was on a former factory site so we installed a raft foundation and built up to wall plate level

We installed catnic lintels and a steel ridge beam

We rerouted drainage, cast the footing and started building the walls up to wall plate level
